Features

Everything your shop needs to text customers

Install it, connect your SMSCY account and choose which messages to send. No coding needed.

For customers

Order status updates

Text customers automatically when their order is processing, completed, cancelled, refunded or any custom status. You write the message for each status.

For you

New-order alerts

Get an SMS the moment a customer places an order, with the total, items and phone number. Add alerts for chosen statuses too, e.g. when an order is paid.

For you

Contact-form alerts

Every contact-form submission arrives on your phone as an SMS, even if your website email is not working. Works with the most popular form plugins.

Uses your SMSCY credits

Messages are sent through your own SMSCY account. Your remaining balance is shown in the plugin settings and on the WordPress dashboard.

Send SMS from WordPress

Text any customer straight from the order screen, or send a message to one or more numbers from the Send SMS page. Order texts are saved as order notes.

Full SMS log

See every message, its recipient, its status and the reply from SMSCY. Search the log and resend a message with one click.

Greek & any language

Greek and other non-Latin text is sent correctly as Unicode, automatically. A live counter shows how many characters and SMS your message uses.

Smart phone numbers

Customers can type their number any way they like. The plugin adds the right country code from the billing address, e.g. 99 123456 becomes +357 99 123456.

Fast checkout

Order messages are sent in the background, so checkout never slows down. Compatible with the WooCommerce block checkout and HPOS.
